Frame update on Coronavirus (COVID19)

Dear clients and friends,

Following yesterday’s official guidance and the continually evolving Covid19/Coronavirus situation, Frame will with immediate effect, until further notice, operate a working from home policy across our group of businesses.

The health and wellbeing of our people and their families is our number one priority – this move will help protect them while enabling us to maintain our usual service levels across our client base.

Strategically sound, engaging, and creative communications – both internally and externally – will take on even greater importance in a time like this. It will be our mission to provide even more value to our clients in the weeks and months ahead, so please lean on us and we will navigate these uncertain times together.

We have robust business continuity plans and cloud-based infrastructures, and the move to home working has been pre-planned to ensure clients have constant undisturbed access to the advice and range of services we provide.

The only practical difference will be in asking you to call or email your account team directly rather than come through our switchboard, although our switchboard does remain available on the usual number (0141 559 5840) if required.

We’re fortunate in this industry to be able to offer an uninterrupted service when not all are, so please do call on us for any support you need, over and above our existing commitments. This is a time for going over and above.
