  • We’re on the hunt for a Senior Account Manager to play a key role managing projects in our women's European football team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of PR, sport, and culture, managing high-profile campaigns throughout Europe.

    We’re open to both Glasgow-based and remote applicants throughout the UK and Europe for this role.

    You’d be right for this role, if:

    You're passionate about women's football and have the experience to prove it. You've worked on women's football accounts or in the sports sector, you understand the European football landscape, and you have established relationships within the industry. You're equally comfortable managing talent across multiple markets as you are leading high-impact PR activations around major fixtures and tournaments.

    What you’ll do at Frame:

    • Contribute to day-to-day management of our prestigious women's European football account

    • Lead talent management across Europe, coordinating player and ambassador partnerships

    • Design and execute PR activations around key football moments, fixtures, and tournaments

    • Build and maintain relationships with sports media, influencers, players, and stakeholders

    • Create compelling campaigns that resonate with football audiences across multiple channels

    • Support junior team members and contribute to agency culture

    • Identify new business opportunities within the women's football sector

    Experience we’re looking for:

    • Demonstrable experience in women's European football or sports PR

    • Proven track record managing talent and leading PR activations

    • Deep understanding of the European football landscape and media environment

    • Strong existing relationships within women's football networks

    • Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail

    • Passion, energy, and knowledge of the women's game

    • Fluency in English (additional European languages a plus)

  • Location: Pacific Quay, Glasgow (Hybrid – Remote Fridays)
    Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

    Join Frame – A Leading Communications Agency
    We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, ideally starting Feb 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment and contribute to the smooth running of our finance function.

    What You’ll Do

    Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations, including:

    • Oversee processing of Sales and Purchase invoices

    • Assist with management of credit control and managing purchase ledger payments

    • Collation of data for reports and monthly analysis

    • Processing and payment of employee personal expenses

    • Processing, logging and checking of all monthly credit card receipts and statements

    • Monitoring fixed costs reporting

    • Assist with the production of monthly management accounts

    • Raise and allocate PO’s

     

    What We’re Looking For

    • Minimum 3 years in a fast-paced finance environment

    • Proven ability to process high volumes of invoices

    • Discretion when handling confidential information

    • Knowledge of Xero (advantage, not essential)

    • Familiarity with WIP systems

     

    Skills:

    • Strong communication and numerical ability

    • Excellent attention to detail

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities

    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

    • Assertive and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills
